PERSONALIZED SESSIONS
This is a space for those who want to explore a chosen situation through the lens of Nonviolent Communication. These sessions are geared towards gaining tools that increase one’s capacity to connect with themself and others, manage conflict and improve communication among all relationships in one’s life.
DIALOGUE AND RESTORATIVE CIRCLE FACILITATION
We facilitate spaces for dialogue with the mission of contributing to the restoration of communication and what links us as people. These are restorative spaces in which, through mutual listening, we seek to generate connection and understanding from situations of disagreement and conflict.
Our services are rooted in two axes that are mutually reinforcing
1. Skill Development
Through our training programs we promote the development of skills such as: listening, empathy, dialogue, conflict management, and others; directed towards generating connection and collaboration between people.
THE SKILLS WE WANT TO BOLSTER THROUGH RESUENA ARE:
These are the three stages of skill development
*The pace to move from one stage to the next varies depending on the depth of training, one’s personal practice and the construction of systems that incentivize these skills
2. Systems Development
We support the development of systems as intentional and explicit agreements within families, groups, organizations and movements regarding how to relate together.
